The day is upon us....
Well almost!
It's Thursday and as the hours left in the workday wane, my anticipation grows. Sarah, her sister Mandy, and I will be heading into the pickpocketing capital of western Europe (true story) in less than two days. A 23 pound pack, a lot of anxiety, and two women... this is all that I'm taking with me. With that said, I'm not sure which is the scarier prospect, being on a foriegn continent for so long, or heading there with two women!
I kid, I kid. (not really)
Anyway, just so you all know the layout. I plan to post shortly after arriving in barcelona, then I plan to do a post a day updating our progress from either my hand-dandy iphone or from my netbook along with some colorful pictures (a special thanks to leyah for letting me use her awesome camera). When Mr. Aaroon and Melissa join us, I'll be relinquishing my duties, then taking them up again upon their departure.
I have a strict no photos, except those taken by me approach to my blog, so here's a crappy image of map! Expect real pictures soon.
